We are located north of Bridgeton, NJ two miles west of Rt. 77, on Seeley-Cohansey Rd. This is approximately 55 to 60 minutes south of Philadelphia International Airport, 60 minutes west of Atlantic City, 30 minutes east of Wilmington, DE, and 1.75 hours east of Baltimore, MD. Shipping

All of our plant material will be shipped only on decked trucks, to ensure the safe arrival of your plant material. We spend much time and effort to grow what we feel are superior quality plants and we want to see that they make it to their new home safely. Our rates are very competetive!

Pick-Up

If you wish to pick up stock at the nursery, please give us some advanced notice. Usually 24 hours is sufficient to ensure that your plants receive our tender loving care but more time could be needed in the busiest times. For pick up of plant material there is no minimum amount necessary. Pick-up hours are only 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Minimum Order

The minimum order for delivery of plant material is only $ 1,500.00. On orders over 300 miles please contact your Sales Representative for minimum for delivery.

Sales Tax

Under the New Jersey Sales and Use Tax Act we are required to collect sales tax on all gross sales made in New Jersey, unless we are presented with a valid New Jersey Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-3)or (ST-3NR)( non resident) at time of purchase. Deliveries to out of state customers are exempt. Sales to Landscape contractors are not exempt. All purchasers can register with the New Jersey Tax Bureau and receive the Exemption Certificate. The law requires us to presume that all sales are taxable unless exempt status is established.

Terms

All materials are sold C.O.D. unless other arrangements have previously been made. Prices quoted are F.O.B. Bridgeton, NJ and for the trade only. For purchasers with established credit with BLUE STERLING NURSERY, the terms are: BALANCE DUE IN 30 DAYS All overdue accounts are charged a 2 % service charge, for additional phone and mail expenses, per month (24% per year). To this will be added the cost of collection should further expenses be incurred by BLUE STERLING NURSERY. After 30 days our patience has run out and so has your future credit with us. We are in the plant growing business not the banking business. So please understand that in order to keep our prices as reasonable as possible we expect prompt payment.

Credit

We will extend credit to established firms upon receipt and approval of a list of current nurseries that you have established credit with (minimum 3), your commercial bank account number and the name of bank officers. Please include addresses and phone numbers. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing to be completed.
