'GREEN VELVET' This very hardy selection from Canada has deep,
dark green, velvety leaves and grows in a nice mounding shape. This is a
very good slow grower that holds up rather well under snow loads unlike some

`COMPACTA' This plant is a very slow grower and it grows only
about 1 centimeter per year. It is very tolerant of both frost and dry
conditions. This one is an excellent choice for a dwarf hedge or as a
liner in an herb garden. It also works well as a bonsai due to its tiny
leaf size.
