It is a variegated mutation from Girard Rose, being similar to Silver Sword but hardier and it has a much thinner and longer dark green leaf with a white margin, the entire leaf surface is tinged with pink in the fall and winter. A nice accent plant with a brilliant 3" red-pink flower. To see a larger photo (34k) click on small one. Dwarf Variegated Zone 5 'BRITTNEY' Here is another BLUE STERLING NURSERY introduction. It is a sport of 'Brianne' and like that one it is variegated but the only difference is the size. Brittney (named after George's daughter) is a much smaller version with a cute creamy margin around the dark green leaf. Excellent choice!
